DISTILLING PROCESS

RUM
The base of your spiced rum will be double-distilled English Rum made with a molasses. Superb raisin, caramel and tropical notes. You can then choice to embellish with a broad range of fruit and spices to make your perfect spiced rum.
VODKA
We prefer our delicious English potato vodka. Super smooth, with a soft cream note and a touch of butter. The ideal starting point for any fruit or spiced element you will select for your perfect flavoured vodka. If you want to keep it simple and straight you can also choose from wheat, sugar beet or sugar cane. The balls in your court.
GIN
We start with our superb English potato vodka and then redistil in a copper alembic pot with your choice of botanicals. In our guide we go the extract mile to highlight superb combinations of botanicals and a range of ratios of these that produce superb gin for all occasions. LIQUEUR
Here the world is your oyster (we do have an oyster plant if you want to be oh so literal!). Choose your spirit base and then you are in the driving seat. Go for simple fruit combinations, maybe add some spicy or floral top notes. It's entirely up to you. Your liqueur will be made from super english vodka, rum or gin and then we'll choose from a range of techniques that best suit your ingredient choice or product goal, in order to maximise flavour and delight.
